The bus departs from Rotterdam @ 8:15 am. We kindly request everyone to be present around 8.00-8.15am. The bus will leave from the back of Rotterdam Central station, "Blijdorpzijde".
Talks are scheduled for 20 min and 5 minute discussions
Presentations should be stored on a CDrom or USB stick (Virus free). There will be only a "regular" labtop available, so no Apple.
Posters should be in Portrait format.

Preferably not, but if you have to cancel, we will request payment of the hostel costs (150,- euro) from the cancelling party if cancelled after 8 june, 3 pm.
